Eligibility for Returns:
You may return your Dreamy the Dream Warrior Boxset within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the boxset must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start the return process:

• Please contact dreamythedreamwarrior@gmail.com.

• Attach proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process your return.

• Provide your reason for the return.

 

Shipping the Return:

• Please pack the boxset securely in its original packaging, including all received items (storybook, plush toys.)

• Clearly label the package.

• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the boxset.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Boxsets purchased as part of a special promotion or sale may have specific return conditions, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective boxset, please contact dreamythedreamwarrior@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
